SprayTite ~ Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) systems have been used as a high-performance insulation material in commercial and industrial applications for more than 30 years.
SprayTite is a two component, rigid spray polyurethane foam product created on site by trained spray foam contractors
that will provide a water, air, moisture barrier in one application.
With an aged R-value of 6.7 per inch and a perm-inch value of 1.7, SprayTite will provide a code accepted vapor retarder at a nominal foam application of between 2 and 3 inches. SprayTite is the answer to the challenge of creating a durable, efficient building envelope from footing to ridge on straightforward to complicated commercial building designs. Builds Asset Valuation Caution: The use of foamed plastic in interior applications on walls or ceilings may present an unreasonable fire hazard uI barrier, which has a finish-rating of not less than 15 minutes. Building codes currently require a 15 minute thermal barrier or an ignition barrier be applied over the spray insulation depeding upon the application. Check with your local building official for final determination.
