CUSTOM DESIGN PLAN SERVICE	The home design you eventually choose will be customized to meet your specific needs. We offer three distinct series of home plans as well as a complete design service for a truly custom designed home.
GUARANTEED EQUITY	Our Guaranteed Equity program allows you to begin the process of building your new home before your current home is sold. After a careful analysis, we will determine a guaranteed equity amount for the home and put it on the market. From there your home is as good as sold, leaving you time to concentrate on building the home that is just right for you!
