build a world-class PGA TOUR golf facility and the result is over 230 of the north Metro's

The Custom Home Neighborhoods of Deacon's Walk
Despite the over 700 homes in Deacon's Walk, the creation of smaller individual custom
home neighborhoods within the community offers each family a more private and intimate
setting for their new home. With an average of approximately 40 homes per neighborhood,
each of the custom neighborhoods offers a variety of beautiful settings for the homes
within each neighborhood.
For several years the Tournament Players Club of the Twin Cities has been in development
and now will deliver the most unique opportunity for the Minneapolis/St. Paul golfing community.
From a flat piece of farmland to a remarkable golfing facility designed by Arnold Palmer.
And now, it is an enjoyable challenge for all of us at the TPC of the Twin Cities to open our
world class facility and play host to you - our members. We host the 3M Senior
Classic starting in 2001, which is one of the PGA SENIOR TOUR's most successful events.
Who We Are
The Tournament Players Club of the Twin Cities is one of a growing number of exclusive
clubs in the expanding national network of Tournament Players Clubs or TPCs. By the year
2000 over 20 Tournament Players Clubs will be in operation across the United States.
These quality golf courses are owned and/or operated by PGA TOUR Golf Properties, Inc.,
a subsidiary of the PGA TOUR. The Tournament Players Club of the Twin Cities will be fully
operational the year 2000 as a private golf club.
What We Do
Since the inception of the Tournament Players Club concept by the PGA TOUR almost twenty
years ago, the TPC network has established its niche specializing in providing quality personal
and business golf entertainment for CEO'S, business leaders and executives in a relaxed
atmosphere. TPCs feature a full array of practice, clubhouse, merchandise and dining amenities.
