- ALL EXTERIOR FRONTS SHALL HAVE TOTAL COVERAGE OF BRICK, STONE OR STUCCO.
- EXTERIOR SIDES AND REAR OF DWELLINGS ON GOLF COURSE SHALL BE BRICK, STONE OR STUCCO,
UNLESS EXPRESS PERMISSION IS GRANTED BY THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE.
DWELLINGS NOT LOCATED ON THE GOLF COURSE MUST HAVE BRICK, STONE OR STUCCO ON THE FRONT,
BUT SIDES AND REAR MAY BE SIDED WITH ALUMINUM, STEEL OR SHAKERBOARD-TYPE SIDING.
- ALL ROOFS SHALL HAVE DECORATIVE SHINGLES OR BETTER.
- ALL MAILBOXES AND NEWSPAPER HOLDERS SHALL BE INSTALLED BY THE BUILDER.
UPKEEP OF MAILBOXES AND NEWSPAPER HOLDERS SHALL BE THE HOMEOWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
- ALL DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE CONCRETE OR ASPHALT.
- ALL DECK RAILINGS ON GOLF COURSE LOTS SHALL BE WROUGHT IRON, PIPE, ALUMINUM, GLASS OR OTHER NON-WOOD MATERIAL APPROVED BY THE ACC. WOOD MAY BE USED FOR POSTS OR ACCENTS. ON LOTS NOT ON THE GOLF COURSE, WOOD DECK RAILINGS WILL BE PERMITTED.
- NO FENCING SHALL BE ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED BY THE ACC.
- THE ENTIRE YARD MUST BE SODDED THE YEAR OF POSSESSION. IF WEATHER CONDITIONS DO NOT PERMIT SOD INSTALLATION, THEN SOD INSTALLATION SHALL BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 15th OF THE FOLLOWING YEAR.
- AUTOMOBILES OF HOMEOWNERS SHOULD BE PARKED IN THE GARAGE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. THERE SHALL BE NO PARKING OF MOTOR HOMES, CAMP TRAILERS, BOAT TRAILERS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLE, EXCEPT FOR A TEMPORARY 24 HOUR PERIOD, PROVIDED PERIOD DOES NOT VIOLATE ANY CITY ORDINANCE. - THERE SHALL BE NO DOG KENNELS OR DOG RUNS.
- SWIMMING POOLS SHALL BE "IN GROUND" ONLY, IF THE LOT ALLOWS. ANY POOL EQUIPMENT BUILDING SHALL BE SCREENED WITH SHRUBBERY. (SEE AMENDED AND RESTATED MASTER DECLARATION FOR FURTHER DETAIL.)
- THERE SHALL BE NO SHEDS OR OTHER OUT BUILDINGS. THERE SHALL BE NO OUTSIDE STORAGE OF FIREWOOD.
- THERE SHALL BE NO EXTERIOR CLOTHES LINES.
- THERE SHALL BE NO MURAL PAINTINGS ON GARAGE DOORS.
