In addition to the creation of a buffer zone by Main Street 1000, LLC along the shoreline of the water bodies in The Lakes, the following items will also be controlled:

  • No internal combustion motors will be allowed on the lake. This includes 4-wheelers and snowmobiles in the winter. Electric motors will be allowed.
  • Docks, accessory structures, fences and swimming pools will be allowed only by approval of the Architectural Control Committee. Location, length square footage, materials and appeal will be considerations for the approval.
