yet still be close to fine-dining, entertainment, and shopping. Meadows of Whisper Creek is the new premier home
development in the Northwest suburbs.
Natural beauty and architectural finesse will blend throughout the forty, 2.55 - 10.78 acre home sites. Find yourself
nestled among rolling hills, restored prairie, abundant strands of oak and poplar, sweeping vistas, dramatic ravines, a
glimmering lake and natural ponds. Hear the trickle of Whisper Creek meandering through this exclusive development.
This is the solitude of quiet living yet only eight minutes west of the shopping, dining, grocery and entertainment
of Plymouth and a few minutes more from the highways serving the metropolitan area.
Home sites have been carefully designed to respect and enhance the natural amenities found among the open meadows and
rolling hills of this picturesque property.
Your children may attend the new elementary school, or recently renovated middle-and high schools of Rockford. Open
enrollment is available in neighboring school districts. The private institutions of Providence Academy and Blake
School are within a short driving distance.
Choose from among the top builders carefully considered for this unique development. Build your estate home in
harmony with meadows, wild flowers, wetlands and creeks. To assure architectural excellence and sensitivity to
natural landscape, a design review committee will oversee all building and development of the area. A state-of-the-art
waste-water treatment facility offers homeowners the assurance of city-like utilities in the quiet of country living.
Meadows of Whisper Creek offers quiet and serenity in close proximity to Lake Rebecca and Lake Independence. The
Meadows is also graced by its own small lake and other aquatic amenities.
