TJB Homes, Inc. has selected some of our most exciting plans and pre-priced them for your convenience. Because we are a Custom Home Builder we have the ability to personalize any plan you choose to suit your wants and needs.
The prices listed for these homes are simply for the cost of the home with the exact specifications listed, but does not include the price for the lot. We list the price for the home and lot separately since lot fees vary from development-to-development.
Also, many developments have special requirements and constraints so it is vital to know which add-ons or eliminations may be necessary for the home to be built in a particular development.
